Returns and complaints
Brand employees Grillpal do everything possible to ensure that the products that reach your homes and businesses are of the highest quality. We make sure that you are satisfied with every item you purchase from us.
However, there are times when a product has a manufacturing defect or does not meet your expectations.
In this case, you can make a complaint or return the goods.

RETURNS
You can return the goods within 14 days of purchase. Regardless of whether you claim the goods in person or send them to us, you will need proof of purchase (receipt or invoice). Only on this basis will we be able to make a refund. If the goods were purchased with cash - we will refund the cash; if the goods were purchased using a payment card - we will refund the money to the same card.
Attention! Unfortunately, it is not possible to return goods that we have custom-made for you.
COMPLAINTS
It may turn out that the goods are faulty or defective. In this situation, it can be claimed under the warranty.
We accept all complaints from you in the way that is most convenient for you:

We strongly request that you state the exact reason for the complaint, the date of purchase and the date on which the defect in the goods occurred (noticed).
In connection with a defect in the product, you can ask for:
- replacement of the goods with goods free from manufacturing defects;
- removal of the defect (repair).
A statement can also be made about:
- price reduction;
- withdrawal from the contract - in the event of a material defect.
We handle every complaint within 14 days from the date we receive your complaint.
